• 10 AM: Cooking Begins • 11 AM: Sampling Begins Gather at the Eglin Golf Course for the "Coals & Cars" Tailgate Party to experience a celebration of everything that makes tailgating great — sports, cars, grills, and more!
General admission is FREE and open to the public.
Wear your team gear and bring the whole family for a wide variety of exciting activities.
CAR SHOW: Come out to see (or show off your own) project cars, muscle cars, classic restorations, custom builds — any and all show-ready vehicles are welcome to register!
Assemble your team of 3-5 grillmasters and prepare to showcase your culinary skills! Teams will be provided with chicken wings to prepare, but must bring their own grills, smokers, seasonings, utensils, and any other items they need to make their dish the audience favorite.
The Exchange will have 20 beers and seltzers for sampling and purchasing for anyone ages 21 and over. Tasting Tickets for the beers and seltzers PLUS Cook-Off will be sold for $20 per person. With your ticket, use your tear-offs to vote for your favorite grillmaster. (up to 3 votes) AND THAT'S NOT ALL! . . . College football will be featured on the jumbotron, and The Chopping Block Mobile Axe Throwing Range will be on site for sharpening your throwing skills.
Savor some Cajun flavor with a Low-country boil, and let the kids have a time in the bouncy castles. There's fun for everyone, so even bring the dog!
